Join a team
We host an irresistibly fun experience for children while guiding them as they grow in faith. We accomplish this with our core values: safety, energy, creativity, timeliness, and connection. On a weekend we: Check in children to their rooms. Teach kids an age appropriate lesson. Run crafts and snack time. Facilitate and monitor play time.
We use generous hospitality to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated while they are at our services. On a weekend we: Set up food and drink area. Restock supplies. Make drinks and serve food. Monitor food and drinks throughout service. Clean up all food products. Tear down food and drink area.
We help guests feel at home by welcoming and assisting them so that they will be open to the truth of God’s Word. On a weekend we: Greet guests as they are entering the building. Answer any questions and help first time guests. Run the guest services area. Assist families with kids check-in. Say goodbye to guests as they are exiting.
We create a clean, functional, and non-distracting space for guests to meet and learn about Jesus. On a weekend we: Do moderate cleaning of the facility. Set up the auditorium. Put out all banners and environmental furniture. Move signs and other items that need to be put away after service.
We leverage modern music styles and compelling lyrics to grow our guests’ faith and connect them to Jesus. On the weekend we: Set up the stage. Practice and then perform the set-list.
We create an excellent audio and visual experience that captures our guests’ attention and directs it to Jesus. On weekends, we set up and run audio, video, and light systems in the auditorium and hallways and live stream the service.
